Kan ik mijn eigen ontwerp gebruiken?

Ja. Met het ontwerpprogramma zet je tekst, je eigen foto of logo, of een van onze prints op je kleding. Gebruik alleen afbeeldingen waarvan je de rechten hebt.

Wat is het verschil tussen print en borduursel?

Een print wordt met inkt direct op de stof gedrukt: ideaal voor foto's, kleurrijke en grote ontwerpen. Borduursel wordt met draad gestikt, klein op de borst of op een pet: heel duurzaam en luxe, het mooist met een eenvoudig logo of korte tekst.

Hoe lang gaat de print mee?

Was binnenstebuiten op 30 °C, niet in de droger en niet strijken op de print. Dan blijft hij jaren mooi.

Kan ik meerdere stuks bestellen, bijvoorbeeld voor een team of bedrijf?

Ja, tot 10 stuks per regel in de winkelwagen. Voor grotere aantallen: mail ons voor een offerte.

Kan ik mijn bestelling nog wijzigen of annuleren?

Mail ons zo snel mogelijk; zolang je bestelling nog niet in productie is, passen we het graag aan.

Hoe kan ik betalen?

Via Mollie: iDEAL, Bancontact, creditcard, PayPal en andere methodes, afhankelijk van je land.

Waar is mijn bestelling?

Gebruik de link in je bevestigingsmail om je bestelling te volgen. Zodra je pakket onderweg is, krijg je een mail met track & trace.

Can I use my own design?

Yes. With the design tool you can add text, your own photo or logo, or one of our prints. Only use images you have the rights to.

What's the difference between print and embroidery?

Print uses ink directly on the fabric: ideal for photos, colorful and large designs. Embroidery is stitched with thread, small on the chest or on a cap: very durable and premium, best with a simple logo or short text.

How long does the print last?

Wash inside out at 30 °C, don't tumble dry and don't iron on the print. It will look great for years.

Can I order multiple items, e.g. for a team or company?

Yes, up to 10 per line in your cart. For larger quantities, email us for a quote.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible; as long as your order isn't in production yet, we're happy to adjust it.

How can I pay?

Through Mollie: iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal and other methods depending on your country.
