Algemene voorwaarden

1. Wie wij zijn

2. Toepasselijkheid

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor elke bestelling via deze webwinkel. Door te bestellen ga je ermee akkoord.

3. Aanbod en prijzen

Alle prijzen zijn in euro, inclusief btw. Verzendkosten worden bij het afrekenen getoond voordat je betaalt. Afbeeldingen zijn een weergave; kleuren kunnen door je scherm iets afwijken. Maten kunnen ± 2 cm afwijken. Kennelijke vergissingen in het aanbod binden ons niet.

4. Totstandkoming en betaling

De overeenkomst komt tot stand na je betaling via Mollie. Je ontvangt een bevestiging per e-mail.

5. Productie en levering

Elk product wordt na je bestelling voor jou gemaakt en verzonden door onze productiepartner. De levertijd staat op de site en is een indicatie; uiterlijk binnen 30 dagen. Lukt dat niet, dan mag je kosteloos annuleren en krijg je je geld terug.

6. Herroepingsrecht

Producten worden volgens jouw specificaties vervaardigd (keuze van print, kleur en maat of een eigen ontwerp). Daarom is het herroepingsrecht uitgesloten (art. 6:230p sub f BW).

7. Garantie en klachten

Is een product beschadigd, fout of niet aangekomen, meld dit binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst of na de verwachte bezorgdatum via [email protected], met een foto. Je krijgt kosteloos een vervanging of je geld terug. Je wettelijke rechten blijven gelden. Komen we er samen niet uit, dan kun je terecht bij het Europees ODR-platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Eigen ontwerpen

Gebruik je het ontwerpprogramma, dan verklaar je dat je de rechten hebt op de teksten en afbeeldingen die je uploadt en dat die geen rechten van anderen schenden (zoals merken, logo's of foto's van anderen). We mogen een bestelling weigeren als een ontwerp onrechtmatig, aanstootgevend of haatdragend is; je krijgt dan je geld terug. Je vrijwaart ons voor aanspraken van derden over jouw ontwerp. Je ontwerp gebruiken we alleen om je bestelling te maken.

9. Intellectueel eigendom

Onze eigen prints en de vormgeving van de site zijn eigendom van DC Company. Kopiëren of doorverkopen van onze ontwerpen is niet toegestaan.

10. Aansprakelijkheid

Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag van de betreffende bestelling, behalve bij opzet of grove schuld.

11. Toepasselijk recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Woon je als consument in een ander land, dan behoud je de bescherming van de dwingende regels van dat land.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed through this web shop. By ordering you agree to them.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Images are representations; colors may differ slightly on your screen. Sizes may vary by ± 2 cm. Obvious mistakes in the offer are not binding.

4. Contract and payment

The contract is formed once you have paid through Mollie. You will receive a confirmation by email.

5. Production and delivery

Every product is made for you after you order and shipped by our production partner. Delivery times on the site are estimates; at the latest within 30 days. If we can't make that, you may cancel free of charge and receive a refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

Products are made to your specifications (choice of print, color and size, or your own design). The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c)).

7. Warranty and complaints

If a product is damaged, wrong or not delivered, let us know within 14 days of receipt or of the expected delivery date at [email protected], with a photo. You'll receive a free replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights remain. If we can't resolve it together, you can use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Your own designs

When you use the design tool, you declare that you hold the rights to the texts and images you upload and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights (such as trademarks, logos or other people's photos). We may refuse an order if a design is unlawful, offensive or hateful; you'll then be refunded. You indemnify us against third-party claims about your design. We only use your design to make your order.

9. Intellectual property

Our own prints and the site design are the property of DC Company. Copying or reselling our designs is not permitted.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
